No Refunds
All sales of eBooks on our platform are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once the eBook has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
If you are unable to download the eBook due to a technical issue caused by our platform.
If you were charged incorrectly or made duplicate payments for the same product.
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction with proof of the issue, such as a screenshot or payment receipt.
